We are aware that your property represents a large investment for you and your family. We are committed to giving you complete peace of mind regarding the safety, maintenance and running of your property in your absence, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

We understand the needs of both owners and tenants, and will do our utmost to accommodate your wishes.

We have developed a ‘no–frills’ approach to the running and maintenance of the properties we manage, delivering a comprehensive range of excellent customer services, including:

Accounts

When your property is rented, we will ensure that your accounts are kept up to date and that your taxes and community fees are paid on time. Monthly and quarterly summaries, showing all income and expenses, will be sent to you directly to the address of your choice.

Advertising

We place photos and information on our website (see our Apartments to Rent page), and give advice about where and how to advertise.

Air–Conditioning Installation

On request, we can organise the installation of air–conditioning. We will spare no effort in getting the best price/quality ratio for you.

Alarm Installation

We can arrange the installation of alarm systems in your property and we will represent you in your absence, should the alarms be activated.

Assessment of Prospective Tenants

We will interview prospective long–term tenants, taking and checking their references. You will be informed of our assessment before a rental contract is issued.

Banks

We can open a bank account in your name for the direct deposit of the rental income, as well as the deduction of the agreed outgoing expenses.

Carpenters, Joiners, Electricians, Plumbers and other Trades

We can obtain quotes from and engage reputable and experienced professionals, should your property require any of their services.

Car Rental

Car rental can be arranged for you and or your guests so you can explore the picturesque landscape. See our Car Hire page for details.

Change–overs

Your property will be professionally cleaned, the bedding and towels changed and laundered, ready for your next client.

Cleaning and Laundry

We will get your property thoroughly cleaned whenever you request it, including a mid–rental clean, with bed linen and towel changes. See our Cleaning and Laundry page for details.

Delivery of Goods

If you are having goods delivered to your property in your absence, we can supervise delivery and entry and check goods before signing them off.

Easy to Reach

Based in Mijas Golf / Costa, we are normally within 5–30 minutes of your property.

Emergency Contact Number and Health Services

We provide an emergency telephone number for those staying in your property to contact us in any emergency situation.

We can also provide accurate information on how to contact local hospitals, doctors, pharmacies, dentists and other health service providers.

Fishing

We can provide shore spinning for bass, squid, etc. or boat fishing for tuna or fresh water fish.

Furniture Design and Supply

We can fully furnish your property utilising our network of furnishing suppliers, ensuring that the interior decoration reflects your own personal taste. Our design teams will create a unique atmosphere that your neighbours will admire!

Complete turnkey furniture packs that include everything from spoons to sofas are available — in fact, everything you need to make your property in Spain a ‘home from home’!

If you are furnishing the property exclusively for rental purposes, we will assist you in creating a stunning look that will appeal to your target clientele, while being able to stand up to the typical wear and tear of the holiday maker.

Furniture Removals and Storage

We can organise fully insured, pro–active, prompt and reliable services catering from ‘full house’ to ‘small items’ removals. Storage facilities are also available, all at very competitive rates.

Garden and Pool Maintenance

At your request, we will regularly maintain your gardens and pool so that you and your guests can enjoy the outdoor lifestyle of southern Spain without a worry in the world!

General Maintenance

We will regularly inspect your property, both inside and out, and arrange for any emergency maintenance work to be carried out within 24 hours where necessary. When non–essential work needs to be carried out, we will contact you with the best quotation and a concise explanation of the extent of the problem.

Go–Karting

If you want to experience the speed and thrills of motor racing, we can arrange go–karting sessions!

Golf and Tours

We can book tours and entry to golf courses for you or your guests. Tee times for you at any of our local courses can be organised — some at a discount!

Health and Hospitals

We can provide information regarding local hospitals, doctors and dentists.

Insurance

We can obtain quotes for property, household, vehicle and public liability insurance.

Jacuzzis

We can arrange quotations for Jacuzzis and spas at excellent prices!

Lock Changing

We recommend that all owners have the locks of their newly purchased property changed. We can organise that for you too!

Mail Forwarding

Your utility bills and other important mail can be forwarded to your home address so you can keep the originals. This service is a must if you do not want to run the risk of arriving in Spain, only to be faced with final notices or the electricity already cut off!

Maintenance

We will regularly check the maintenance of your property both inside and out and arrange for any emergency work to be carried out within 24 hours where necessary. When non–essential work needs to be done we will contact you with a quotation and a concise explanation of the extent of the problem.

Marble Polishing

We can arrange for someone to get the shine back into your floors!

Marketing and Advertising

If you need our professional advice, we can recommend different tried and tested formulas to market your properties.

We place photos and information on our website free of charge (see our Apartments to Rent page), and give advice about where and how to advertise.

Painting and Decorating

We employ a hard–working professional painter and decorator who works to very high standards.

Safe Deposit Boxes

Fitting of security box and laptop safes is advisable, and we can organise it for you.

Satellite Dish Installation

Satellite television installation can be arranged where necessary and where allowed. Many new communities have pre–installed systems that are hooked up to a main communal dish to avoid visual pollution. In many cases all that is needed is a box to be installed within the property.

Scuba Diving

Swimming Pool Installation

We can arrange for professional local pool specialists to quote for the installation of swimming pools at very competitive rates.

Tourist Information

We supply a range of literature on local tourist attractions, restaurants, day–trips, shopping and entertainment.

Translation Services

We have access to interpreters and translators in many European languages, in person or via letter and email. We also offer Spanish language tuition.

Vacant Property Inspections

We will regularly make property inspections on vacant properties, checking electrical appliances, water and electricity supply, ventilating properties and clearing mail boxes.

Welcome Packs

A welcome pack of essential grocery products can be delivered to your property on the day that you or your guests arrive.

Wheelchair and Mobility Aids

We can organise the delivery of everything you may need for your holiday if you or your guests live with a disability.
