We provide a complete service, including managing and cleaning as well as maintaining your property.

Key Holding and other Services

We will act as your official key holder, advising the president of your community or its management agents in writing, giving them our contact details including an emergency telephone number.

Upon your request, and for a reasonable fee, we can manage the access of tradespeople and guests to you property and provide any of the other services, including cleaning, laundry, etc. as and when you request them.
